How they work

All three assume USDT-margined linear perpetuals with isolated margin, the default on Binance, Bybit and Hyperliquid. Every form opens with a worked example at the current price and shows the formula with your numbers, so you can check the maths by hand.

Add ?coin=SOL&side=short&lev=20 to a calculator's address to open it prefilled, or use the "Link to this calculation" link to share your inputs.

Estimate: These are estimates. Exchanges use tiered maintenance margin (bigger positions need more), liquidate on the mark price rather than the last trade, and handle fees and cross margin their own way. Check your exchange's position screen before you trade.

Calculator FAQ

Are these calculators free?

Yes. No login, no email, and the forms work without JavaScript. Links with your inputs can be shared.

Which contracts do they cover?

USDT-margined (linear) perpetual futures with isolated margin, the common setup on Binance, Bybit and Hyperliquid. Coin-margined (inverse) contracts use different formulas.

Where do the prices come from?

The forms start from the live perp price this site streams from Binance, Bybit and Hyperliquid. You can overwrite every number.
