Where does the data come from, and how often does it update?
From Hyperliquid's public API: it is an on-chain exchange, so every account's positions are public. The positions are reloaded every 5 minutes; the 300 largest wallets are checked every minute, smaller ones every few hours, and wallets not checked for 48 hours are left out. Not financial advice.
